CONGRATULATIONS

The Project Teodora, an educational project for indigent mothers and children, landed second place in the IWC's Service to Humanity through Empowerment (SHE). This project was designed and piloted by our alumna Ms. Diana Petalio (summa cum laude, BSEd-English 2023) and made it to the final screening. The awarding took place during the IWC District 378's Turnover and Induction Ceremonies on August 12, 2023 held at Club Filipino in Greenhills, San Juan City. Ms. Petalio was accompanied by our College Deans, Mrs. Brigida Fajardo and Mr. Edgardo Papena. The said ceremony was graced by Hon. Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte and by the outgoing IWC National President, Ms. Emily Duterte. Also present was Ms. Socorro Yap, DPC alumna and Natatanging Divinian Awardee, and Past District 378 Chairman. Ms. Petalio received a cash prize which will help in the funding of her proposed project.
